Breakout boards for use.
This is a simple breakout board which provides 5V and 3.3 Volts output. This board comes in fully assembled unit to ease your prototyping work. This board is a great stuff to use for bread-boarding as it saves the space for adding the regulator circuitry in your bread board.
This breakout board uses the popular PN532 NFC chip, which is embedded in pretty much every phone or device that does NFC. It can pretty much do it all, such as read and write to tags and cards, communicate with phones (say for payment processing), and 'act' like a NFC tag. If you want to do any sort of embedded NFC work, this is the chip you'll want to use!
The ChronoDot RTC is an extremely accurate real time clock module, based on the DS3231 temperature compensated RTC (TCXO). It includes a CR2016 battery (not shown, but included in the product) which should last at least 8 years if the I2C interface is only used while the device has 5V power available. No external crystal or tuning...
